Crop Nutrient Blending Facility

With a 600-ton holding capacity and a 13-ton drum blender, this custom facility was designed and built to prioritize the needs of our local ag community.

The blending facility will serve both our Medoc Valley custom application customers and customers who apply fertilizer with their own equipment.

Several considerations led us to invest in our farming community with the addition of this facility:

• Efficiency: A faster service time to our customers during the busy season was at the top of our list, and we hope to serve area farmers with their own fertilizer needs quickly in those times as well. Our system is designed for ease of loading and unloading – we understand the importance of reducing delays.

 

• Quality Control: We wanted the ability to not only source our own materials, but also to store and distribute those materials in a way that preserves the highest quality.

 

• Reliability: Rapidly changing situations around the world, as well as regional changes in price and availability of resources, have become a greater issue for national and regional farming. While our new facility will not alleviate all of these concerns, it does bring more control into our hands.
